This part is the software running on a computer with an OS. It will uses the os native usb driver to read the gamepad and send it somewhere.

This part is a really simple example of a receiver that work on a computer with an OS.

Disclaimer

You shouldn't use this great control scheme on a submarine, it is far too complex. Just a button to dive and go up like in a elevator should be enough.
